1) Create a Google account here.
If you have not one or you can create an extra there nothing harming.

2) Log in in your google account.

3) Now go to google products section or the square type box figure just few inches short of your image at the top right corner.

4) Expand that logo and now straight into that choose Blogger logo 'B'.

5) After you enter the main page of Blogger jump into creating your blog by choosing one nice and crisp domain name and title.

6) This page is now your Dashboard and all you want to do in your blog, you can do here.
